Girls Club Fees 
Each team has a required deposit. Then the remaining balance will be divided into 5 payments due every month by the 1st. First payment due on December 1st with last payment on April 1st.   

Team Fees Include:
Tournament fees, Practice facility fees, Coach's Stipend, Coaches travel and lodging, Assistant coaches for National teams, 2 Practice Shirts, Hoodie, Admin Costs, Practice equipment

Team Fees do NOT include:
Hotels, Airfare, Shoes, Required uniform pack

12 Timberline, 13 Timberline Tournaments & Travel 
4 CEVA Power League Tournaments and CEVA Regionals, located all around Oregon and SW Washington (Vancouver to Eugene)
1-2two day tournaments (Salem, Ridgefield, Seattle, Eugene)
Willamette Classic in Portland 

14 Timberline, 15 Timberline, 16 Timberline, 18 Timberline Tournaments & Travel
4 CEVA Power League Tournaments and CEVA Regionals, located all around Oregon and SW Washington (Vancouver to Eugene)
1-2 two day tournaments (Salem, Ridgefield, Seattle, Eugene)
14 Timberline attends Hawaii and Vegas or one other travel

12 Meadows, 14 Meadows, 16 Meadows Tournaments & Travel
4 CEVA Power League Tournaments and CEVA Regionals, located all around Oregon and SW Washington (Vancouver to Eugene)
1-2 friendship tournaments local to Oregon or SW Washington
1-2 multi-day local travel tournaments (Salem, Ridgefield, Medford)

Boys Club Fees

The deposit will be $350, and the monthly fee will be $330, totaling $2100 for the season.

1. CEVA KICKOFF WEEKEND, DECEMBER 7-8, 2024 - OLYMPUS SPORTS CENTER - HILLSBORO, OR

2. CEVA FEBRUARY FREEZE, FEBRUARY 8, 2025 - HILLSBORO, OR

3. WBPL/AJAX - PORTLAND TOURNAMENT, FEBRUARY 15-16, 2025 - HILLSBORO, OR

4. Possibility of a Bid Tournament on March 1,  if we choose

5. CEVA SPRING SWING, APRIL 19, 2025 - HILLSBORO, OR

6. CEVA REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS, APRIL 26-27, 2025 - PORTLAND, OR

Volleyball Training Program Fees
Required deposit of $250 at time of registration. Players can join on a month to month basis and will be billed $150 on December 1st for participation in the month of December,  $150 on January 1st for participation in January, and so on through April. Full Season total is $700. 

Huckleberries Fees
Required deposit of $200 at time of registration. Players can join on a month to month basis and will be billed $100 on December 1st for participation in the month of December,  $100 on January 1st for participation in January, and so on through April. Full Season total is $600.
