Where to
start

For younger athletes in particular, we recommend starting in VTP if they have not yet developed fundamental skills such as an overhand serve and consistent passing. VTP builds the skills athletes need to compete for a spot on a club team.

01

Building the basics

Still developing an overhand serve or consistent passing. VTP is built for exactly this stage.

02

Needs more reps

Lots of touches, skills and drills every session.

03

Next season: a team

VTP has placed many athletes on Mt. Hood club teams the following season.
